Press Ganey

NERH is very committed to providing patient and family centered care. We contract with a company called Press Ganey to send a satisfaction survey to our patients following discharge. They compile the survey results and report information back to the hospital so that we can improve the quality of the care we deliver. We have posted a copy of this survey for your review and in case you would like an opportunity to share additional feedback. Your input is greatly appreciated.
